Laminated flooring is made of high-density fiberboard (HDF) with a distinctive grain and hue. It comes with a fine finish for a unique, modern and elegant look. We provide a wide range of laminate flooring which resembles Australian native woods including grains and texture, while providing more consistent colour than a natural wood floor. Whether you want textured or smooth planks, traditional or distinctive, our laminate has never been easier to install thanks to UniClic Technology. This patented glueless, tongue-and-groove locking system ensures a quick, adhesive-free installation immediately ready for activity.
Laminate floors lend an abundance of impressive attributes and can fit any home design while staying within your budget.
Laminate wood construction is made of four layers of materials, that when fused together, create durable, beautiful floors.
Wear layer – A clear, top layer that provides resistance to stains and fading
Design layer – A high resolution, highly-detailed photographic image that realistically captures the look of genuine wood
Inner core – high-density fiberboard (HDF) made from wood fibers fused with resin. HDF is an engineered wood product that’s strong, hard and dense, and keeps the laminate board stable, flat, and moisture resistant.
Backing – A moisture barrier backing that protects the floor from warping
